Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all job sites.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and present status reports to key stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
